1. Terms of Service

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of the services, web-based applications, downloadable software, mobile applications, and websites (collectively, the “Services”) provided by AXESS INNOVATION TECHNOLOGIES .

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, including our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

AXESS reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Use at any time by posting the revised version on its website or application. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Account Terms

You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to register for and use the Services.
To access the Services, you must create an account (“Account”) and provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal name, phone number, address, valid email address, and any other required details.
AXESS reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any Account at its sole discretion.
The email address provided during registration will be used as the primary method of communication.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your Account.
You are solely responsible for all data, content, and materials uploaded, stored, transmitted, or processed through your Account (“Data”).
You must not upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any destructive code.
Any violation of these Terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account.

3. Fees, Payments, and Taxes

A valid credit card or approved payment method is required for all paid Services.
You authorize AXESS to charge all applicable fees to your designated payment method.
Subscription fees will continue to be charged until the Account is canceled and all outstanding balances are settled.
No Free Trials
Failure to pay fees on time may result in late charges of up to 3.5% per month on overdue amounts and possible service suspension.

4. Account Activation and Authorized Users

The individual or entity registering the Account is considered the Account Owner.
The Account Owner may grant access to additional users (“Authorized Users”) and define their access levels.
The Account Owner is fully responsible for all activities performed by Authorized Users.
AXESS is not responsible for disputes between the Account Owner and Authorized Users regarding access or permissions.

5. Acceptable Use & Abuse Policy

You agree not to use the Services to:

Engage in illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activities
Promote or participate in activities causing physical harm
Share sexually explicit, pornographic, or obscene content
Transmit defamatory, abusive, offensive, or discriminatory material
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe intellectual property rights
Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
Collect or misuse personal data without authorization

AXESS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of this policy.

6. Data Protection and Privacy

AXESS implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your Data.
You are responsible for complying with all applicable data protection and privacy laws.
You must ensure that you have obtained all necessary rights and consents from individuals whose personal data you provide.
You must not upload or process sensitive personal data, including but not limited to:
- Health data
- Biometric or genetic data
- Political, religious, or philosophical beliefs
- Criminal records or sexual orientation data

7. Modifications to the Services or Terms

AXESS reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the Services or these Terms at any time. Material changes that reduce user rights will be communicated via email or official notice. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of such changes.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lebanon & Belgium . Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the above mentioned countries.

9. Notices

Notices to AXESS must be sent via email to an official AXESS contact address.
Notices to users will be sent to the email address associated with their Account.
Notices are deemed received upon transmission.

10. Refund Policy

All payments made to AXESS are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated in writing.

11. Backups and Data Loss

AXESS is not responsible for loss of content or data. Users are solely responsible for maintaining backups. While AXESS may perform internal backups for operational purposes, restoration of data is not guaranteed.

12. Accuracy of Information

The Services may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies. AXESS reserves the right to correct errors or update information at any time without prior notice and has no obligation to update content unless required by law.

13. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services to:

Violate laws or regulations
Submit false or misleading information
Harass, abuse, or discriminate against others
Interfere with system security or integrity
Scrape, crawl, or exploit the platform

Violation may result in immediate termination of access.

14. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to access or use the Services.
